There are many ways to add to the enjoyment of your wine experience at Gray Monk. Along with your tour of the winery, we now offer gourmet food and wine at the new Grapevine Restaurant. The Grapevine culinary team will prepare a lunch or dinner, which promises to be a memorable experience. The excellent food, together with wines, by the glass or by the bottle, and the breathtaking view from our deck overlooking Lake Okanagan, will make your visit a unique one.
We can also host group functions (such as corporate functions, family reunions, or anniversaries) in our large Panorama Room and its adjoining deck.
The culinary team at the Grapevine Restaurant are very well trained in all aspects of food and wine, and they specialise in wine country cooking by using the best local, seasonal ingredients.

Willi, unquestionably one of Kelowna’s top chefs, has had extensive European training with 30 years experience in Germany, Switzerland, on Caribbean Cruise Ships and in Canada.

René maintains the tradition, as he is also a trained chef having had experience in the five star Grand National Hotel in Lucerne Switzerland, the Hilton Hotel in Sydney and the Castle Harbour in Bermuda.
Willi’s wife Marie, is the ultimate host with many years experience in the Hospitality Industry both in Canada and Europe. She will make your experience at the Grapevine Restaurant a memorable one.
Willi, Marie and René joined the Gray Monk Estate Winery in 2002 to operate the Grapevine Restaurant.
